I was driving around in my busted ass 1983 F150 4x4 Hooptie survivor today to get a new truck tool box for it, and some little kid comes running up in the parking lot with his dad in tow yelling "Truck! Truck! Truck!"... Even when there is a brand new "luxury" F-250 next to it, he was more interested in the big old beat-up Tonka toy looking work truck.

And being the Merican I am, did a burnout for the kid before taking off, even the dad was clapping.

Sometimes even the dumbest looking things have a use.

There was a video "floating" around of two guys driving a Humvee with a fording kit through flood waters in Katrina with only a bit of the cab exposed...then they hit a low spot and submerged it....had to swim out.
