Very sorry to hear about your loss :( Even if the passing is to be expected, nothing will ever prepare you for the sorrows of the loss when it does happen. My father passed the same way and we all knew it was coming after he was administered into hospice care. The loss of a loved one will always hurt the same way, no matter how prepared one is to face it. At least now she can freely roam in a world without pain and suffering, and may she always be looking upon you with great peace from the eternal beyond. *hugs warmly*

Big hugs man, it is never easy. As we age , more and more we see of others passing thru the vale. You have big heart, and bring tons of joy to others in life. The Universe knocks us down but we rise to see the silver lining in things. She has moved on to the next phase of her souls journey, catching up with your father. Expected or not that is still a hard situation to cope with and I'm truly sorry to hear about it.
