If you want to use my character "Sparkshine" in any art, I welcome it, as long as it doesn't involve some fetishes that I'm not into. x3

Of creating one of these dragon OC's that everyone is doing recently! Why? Because I find them super cute! I suppose it all started with kanel's smoldr!
