Hello! I know I have done this a bit preemptively since I still have one more commission to go, and I will publish that one soon enough as well. https://www.patreon.com/Cuisine https://www.patreon.com/Cuisine https://www.patreon.com/Cuisine I will put down a list of my September patrons in my next ever comic, so I wanted to give people a bigger timeframe to lock in! I will share more details regarding this reward later. As you might've known by now, I have a release date for Unbreakable Bond: 22nd of September, Friday. You can check the first three pages in my gallery, and I have to say this: they are the worst ever pages. I definitely got better as I inked more and more pages, and honestly I'm so proud of how far I've gotten so far! I'm around 90% done with the entirety of the comic, and all I have to do is to do shadings and lettering on 5 more pages to wrap it all up. I've done this disclaimer everywhere and I have to do it here as well: If you are planning on pledging any amount to my Patreon, please set it up so your Optional Monthly Maximum pledge amount is ONCE only. To deter fakes, I will charge every patron three times a month in a spontaneous, unannounced manner. If you don't set this setting the way I urge you to do, you WILL be RECHARGED THE SAME AMOUNT every time I do it. I know this doesn't solve A LOT in terms of fake patrons, but it still works to a degree. It's the best option I have. I've talked to some patrons who expressed that they have willingly set it up so they WILL be recharged more than once, and if that's the case, I am so very thankful and amazed. Just be in further knowledge of the fact that I am currently not planning any extra rewards for such patrons - but this is due to change if the numbers are proven to be comprehensible for my schedule. Thank you so much for your generosity. Currently my Patreon only has the 1$ pledge up and running, and it has a cute little extra piece of work if you're interested! Thank you so much and I'm glad to be embarking on this new adventure. I'm so glad I'll be able to give loads more to you guys, more than EVER before.

I just want to say, congratulations. It's been 4 years now since Patreon was launched and for all the fantastic things created by who knows how many artists, THIS was the first thing that actually made me sign up to Patreon. Don't know if that sounds silly, but it's true. You're doing some wonderful things, keep up the excellent work. Cheers.

This is awfully amazing to hear ;;

I know a lot of people are very antagonistic towards Patreon and there is a significant part of me that agrees with them wholeheartedly. At the same time, I'm so glad that there is a platform that enables me to make a full-fledged "PRODUCT" -- something that goes beyond the small bits of doodles I've done for the longest time.

I'm so glad that that fact still resonates with some people. Thank you so, so much for deciding to support me. Please do make sure to heed my warnings in the Patreon page, where I said to set up your Optional Maximum Pledge to 1 time only in order to avoid any overcharging. Patreon has still a lot of flaws and requires a tremendous amount of overlook to keep things fair and useful for a lot of people.

Absolutely. I was careful to follow your instructions since I admittedly was ignorant that Optional Maximum Pledge even existed. One of the reasons I never even bothered looking at the site was because I thought Pledge Per Creation was rather literal and couldn't afford to shell out five bucks every time someone altered an image a tiny bit and reposted it.

So this has been an education as well for me. Now if I could just win all the money in the world I could actually support the umpteen thousand of people I watch on this and other sites.

Oh it's absolutely abysmal -- I also thought Per-Creation was just THAT too. Otherwise of course I wouldn't want to recharge my patrons over and over for NO actual update. Apparently common sense is too much for Patreon.

And honestly, I'd be way happier to know I only charge people once to get their full-fledged content they wish to see. I like the feeling that I gave people what they paid for. Being paid without feeling dirty is great and knowing that people can justify parting with their hard earned money for my pieces is even greater.

Good to hear about the Patreon. If I can manage it, I'll drop a subscription, but I'll need to get a credit card, first.

Anyway, I've got a couple of questions here, just to sate my curiosity.

1. Are all of your commissioners still going to get a copy of the comic when it's released?
2. Are your comms still going to be exclusive to Patreon subscribers only?

1- All my commissioners will get the comic, but around a week after it's released. I'll make a separate journal on it.
2- I'm not giving commissions through Patreon, just requests. Commissions are completely closed off so I can focus on content.

No, I am aware that requests are, in its terminology, unpaid pieces of work. I take requests only during streams, but I will prioritize my patron's wishes on it first to give them a better service for their support.
