It happens to me, and I don't know why, but...Well, you have my sympathies in this case. It's a bit rough, but it should pass. Depression is a tricky beast at heart, and it strikes at the weirdest times.

If I had to guess I'd say it might be the dread of seeing a day which should be all about you coming up, without any assurance that it really will be made about you (Like when you were a kid)
