why do some artists never do what I tell them to do?

Honestly if I say "you have to/should crop that part out" for example in a comic: an expression of a character or the logo of something they developed... then you f***ing have to do it! There is no discussion! And if it means to redraw it in bigger size then you have to do it!
This is no work at all to do such a thing and upload it, it is a task of 5 to 10 minutes - and a real artist is NEVER a capitalist. Because a real artist does a normal standard work and only takes money for real big commissions.
Which is why those "YCH" or "Adopts" is the most stupid crap ever. In real capitalism NOBODY gives you money for things they have not asked you to do. In fact you get laughed at.
Same goes for all those who think"fame" is connected with "clicks and likes". I tell you what: In school we also hated those pupils who bought themselves friends.
Why are people now loving those? It is illogical and shows a lack of knowledge and intelligence.
Something you can buy with money is NEVER a success. Success is that what you can NOT buy with money.
Btw. It also shows that normal people are already so much sickened by this system, thinking "fame" comes BEFORE the clicks and likes and not BECAUSE of it....

I don't understand why you think that your word is law, because it isn't. Just because you think that somebody should do something, doesn't mean that they have to. You're stuck in times that make no sense, you say this but people go to art galleries all the time and buy whatever the hell they like the look of, whether or not it's what they asked for. In fact, you go to the shop looking for something and you find a cute plush toy or little trinket you like the look of, you haven't asked that creator to make this specific thing but you like it so you buy it.
This is how capitalism work. You offer your wares, and people come over and pay you money for it.
Besides, you need to spend money to make money, I have no idea what you're even trying to say with "Something you can buy with money is NEVER a success." You can buy pretty much anything?? I can go out right now and buy an iPhone, if I were to make my own phone that's possibly better than the iPhone that would be a huge success.
There are no fallen ones in today's society, there are simply people who make money and people who complain about other people making money.
Btw. I am in more than 78% of the cases correct. Normal people do not even manage to be correct 50% of the time...
But I do not judge myself here, it is others that say so.

No, you don't know how to make someone more successful and liked, fame is rather random. You sound like someone who just wants everyone to do what you want only.
Only those people who can not accept that someone is more intelligence, knows more than them, is able to do more than them, has more experience than them even with younger age etc. only these people will then come up with insults which just underline that they are clearly not on the same height.
If I use an insult it is usually an insult that is profoundly proven - and the proof of their... lower behaviour is that they react with fury back instead of finding a solution or not react in a bad way towards it at all.

Why are you opposed to 'capitalism'?
The views of a human being are always bound to their personal experience. And my experience connected with that of many many others here in Eastern Germany are not that good. In general we get paid very badly for hard work - but that is not just it, we are also treated like crap without any sight of it getting better in a nearer future. In fact right now you can only 'win' a place if you swim with the masses and switch off your brain.
You can not expect that from a highly intelligent and very well-educated person like me.

Did you ask an artist you had paid to do something and they didn't? Or did you go to them demanding something without paying them? Am curious.
People are often liking a comic just because of one scene - but instead of cropping out the scene they just ignore what the people say and why they fave things. This can even make you loose potential customers but most likely fans who like the art stuff by their own will and not because it was forced onto them (like we see with those who use Google Adwords or Facebook adverts to bring their own often real crap in front with lots of money they do not even have themselves but was given to them by big companies.)
And we find the problem. We aren't your soldiers and you are no leader of ours.
I think you are missing the point. You are basically saying 'they HAVE to', rather than you offering suggestions.
You are trying to dictate to people what they can and can not do.
You are prancing around as if you know what is best for everyone and you want them to live by YOUR WAY.
My intelligence, knowledge and wisdom is way above those of 97% of the people.
You arent the one who knows best, know what's 100% right or correct.
There are many ways to go on doing something. Just cause something works for you or you like it, doesnt mean others have to do the same. Simple as that.

Jamendo has closed my account because of idiotic behaviour from their side. The listeners there were enormous and to me this is a big hindernis of course because Jamendo is the only real non-commercial page for us free (music) artists.

You can only get "1000"s of views and likes if you 'promote' it via Google Adwords. That costs a lot of money which I am not willing to spend.

I could say I have been with 5 Songs in the Top10 Dance charts on Track4 twice last year but I give a fuck about it.
You should too - just because FA helps us furries show our art to OUR minority, this can not be compared to the whole internet. The whole internet works different. mainly by google algorithms, bought up stuff and all that.
Nevertheless. Type in "Tarvo" into google, you'll see I am on the front page just with my first name. If this isn't a "success" to you, then you are really low and narrow-minded in thinking.
Also, artists work just as hard as everyone else. We dedicate years to what we do, and each piece of art takes hours of work. It's no different than going to a ~~**Normal Job**~~ and expecting a fucking living wage.
I don't expect people to pay for my personal art, not unless they genuinely are interested in, and want to support a project. (Which, by the way, is NOT blocked by a paywall.) Otherwise, I sell commissions, custom made things tailored to a person's specific request.
and yes my artwork also takes hours and days, sometimes months. Yet my art is for everyone and I think that should be the case for ALL kinds of art. Free available for everyone when it comes to art you do on your own.
Commissions can be paid for that is correct, but not stuff you do on your own will which nobody asked you to do.

Do you use resources? Research papers? Gut feelings? What kind of experance do you have in the field of marketing, how about the field of customer service? Have you ever ran a business?
I do believe the real question I'm hinting at is what physical evidence do you have for anyone to take your word over everyone else's?
The ressources I have are either my own knowledge or what other people tell me from their experience. So of course this is time consuming but if you wanna know how people are like and find a red line and how things work you must use that time.
Once you learnt to filter the info you want it does not take too much time anymore. But that is knowledge, experience and logic.
90% of human beings do not even have one of this...
So what you are suggesting is that artist should take even more of their limited resources and time, then spend it on things that they will not only never make money on, but also never be able to replace the supplies they've spent on X object. From a business standpoint....That suggestion is absurd, then on top of that, that 90% stastic, you simply pulled out of your rear, and I will forever assume you pulled it out of your rear until your present evidence to the contrary.
Though, you can simply take what I say with a grain of salt as well, I only have a computer information system degree, which is no where near as fancy as your's. (Though I did take a couple of buisness courses, and Art course, as well as a management course to fill my Degree requirements. I still even have my Business 101 book.)
