Today, the 27th, is my birthday. I am now 39 years old. Another year gone without much improvement in my life, another year closer to the grave.

I'm not expecting much out of today. It's going to be a lonely day, that much I know for certain. Here's hoping I can manage to distract myself from bad and depressing thoughts enough to avoid my mood being dragged down too much.
