So a while back I was talking to a girl at work about who I think my bridesmaids will be, and how I have my little backup list if I can't decide closer to the date.

I told the lass that she's was on my little list a while ago, but her behavior towards me has changed and I don't really consider her an out of work friend (she only talks to me outside of work if she needs a shift covered. I've tried organizing meet ups and she never comes, the only one she came to was the engagement party, and she left early)
So I don't exactly want her as a bridesmaid, but she thinks she is one.

I have made a status on facebook about how I'll be picking my bridal party, but it was directed at multiple people (not just her) As I have had a few girls crawl out of the woodwork pretending to be my friend.

How do I tell her that I don't want her as a bridesmaid??

(I will add she has a scary arsenal of friends willing to hurt people if need be.... so I'm a tad afraid of her)
