Well, I just wanted to see the art and write "Content Blocked", but this is just not sexual content. And now, when I just wanted to watch on some accout writes "You have chosen to block this user". I can't to watch somebody's art! What happens now?! HELP ME!!!

My thoughts about him probably is that he didn't want any of his characters drawn without his permission. Some people don't mind fan art of their characters at times. It's a good idea to ask people before doing so.

Yes, but I forgot to ask permission from him. I just got used to the fact that I could draw different OCs. I wanted to apologize, but he did not listen to me and thought I was a child stealing OCs.

If you do plan on going back to there, just kind of be careful when it comes to drawing other people and their characters. Not everyone is into the same kind of stuff.

And I believe that he behaved on his part is not correct.
And unlike Kirphie

Kirphie she is in FAб I was able to establish a conflict with her when I accidentally drew her without permission (I forgot to ask permission).
