Just signed a lease starting October 1st! In very excited, because its a house! I'm going to have room for my recording studio and an area for bigger projects like fursuits!
Its still a one bedroom one bath but it has a yard for my dog. After we do some improvements to the place we will be way better off than before. Rent is a little more but we have been able to manage money a lot better recently. Saving money in the bank and such.

We won't have much furniture at first and I don't know when Ill get my desk set up. But ill let you guys know on Sunday once I'm moved in.
Thank you for your patience I was also able to get my tooth treated while on hiatus I have one more appointment for the terminate filling but ill be able to get to work before that...as soon as I get a new desk and chair....and monitor...anyways that will come later in october!
