Professor Summer's NFL Picks Week 4

Professor Summer, your favorite NFL handicapper is back and off to a strong start. So far this year I'm a very solid 7-2. Still no calls from any sports publications, or even blogs. This week presents a new challenge, so let's see what our glasses and labcoat (and nothing else) wearing skunk can do.

Now, if this were Las Vegas or some other regionality where gambling on sports were legal, the way it would work is simple. Pick three winners and lump them together in what's known as a parlay. If ALL THREE are correct, you're a winner, and you receive 5 times what you wagered. However, this is NOT Las Vegas, so these picks are for entertainment purposes only.
PICK 1
~Tampa Bay Buccaneers -2.5 (defeat New York Giants)
Tampa Bay stumbled on the road last week, but I don't see any reason to panic with a home game against the Giants. New York finally maybe possibly figured out how to play offense in the 4th quarter of their game last week, but I still like Tampa to prevail by a field goal or more.
RESULT Tampa Bay 25 (-2.5= 22.5) New York 23. WRONG
PICK 2
~Philadelphia Eagles +2.5 (defeat Los Angeles Chargers)
In this game the solidly performing Eagles travel cross-country to play against displaced Eagles fans in a soccer stadium. I don't have much to say about this game other than when a team I think will win gets bonus points given to them, I start worry about NFL games being fixed. This time, Summer will take the sucker bait.
RESULT Philadelphia 26 (+2.5=28.5) LA Chargers 24 CORRECT
PICK 3
~Oakland for now Raiders +3 (defeat Denver Broncos)
The Broncos return home after a surprising loss at Buffalo the week before, while the Raiders are coming off an equally disappointing loss to the Washington football team with a racist name. This game is within the AFC West division, where both teams want to keep pace with the strong looking Chiefs. I expect it to be a hard fought game, with neither team gaining a clear advantage. In a case like that, I like the road team eeking out a victory, or keeping it close enough for the +3 to bring me home.

because I started Sanu on my fantasy team. Once Jones went out there was no chance of Summer doing well in Fantasy.
