Some fucker won't stop changing their name after I block them. Because of their persistence and creepiness, I'm closing off notes for the time being.

Just wow...
I had an issue with one person in particular who, each time their account was disabled, would make a new one with the same favorites and information. They wouldn't stop sending me notes. Claimed to be someone from China with OCD.
Long story short, I was creeped out, so I stopped accepting notes. X3
