My problem has been mostly resolved! So a big thank you to  shadowfenris and the buyer of Buster. As well as all the people who sent happy thoughts. I appreciate it all so much.

Though it does turn out they won't send me a bill tell sometime later this week/next week, so I let chewed them out. Not really an angry person, but you put me through all this crap, make me beg for an extension, when you dang well I have time, you're really gonna get it.

So, I yelled their roof off. Bill's still gonna come later, but got a discount so people in the next county don't put in noise complaints. So I'm taken care of, and even have a little left to play with. Gotta say, felt to finally give someone the verbal beat down that's coming to them.

So, I should be good, thank you everyone. Unless they pull something again, but will happily rip them apart again if they do.
