Good news!
I've received my new tablet (Wacom One)
Bad news!
Stylus sensitivity doesn't work and neither do the suggested fixes (Thanks for trying Google <3)
I also had to reformat my computer! But I have a back up of all my important files and such. Yay
Its CD-ROM drive doesn't work so waiting on a windows 7 boot/setup thumb drive from a friend so I can give back this laptop I borrowed.
I was given permission to install things so I have a unfamiliar version of photoshop from my computer parts box and a few other programs I don't think I'll use but are on here anyway.
Unfortunately I can't return the tablet (apparently common issue no real fix :/) so will save for a more expensive one - the Intuos seems to be the best option.
I am without a creative fix so have trying to force myself to do traditional sketches in lieu of digital work. Fursuit work definitely contributes to scratching that itch but its not quite the same.
Two things to fix in the weeks to come: Computer and tablet (either current one or new one)

I'm not sure if this works for you but it's worth a shot.
One problem with the Intuos Pros are the USB plugs on them keep coming loose internally but they come with a wireless kit which is super reliable.
I'll be reinstalling windows on my old wiped computer so maybe a fresh install will fix it.
