New Neighborhood

Damn, I just noticed that my new neighborhood could be the setting of a 90s sitcom...er...if the houses were bigger, but still. You have pretty clean sidewalks and streets, the houses are all kinda bland but also not, there's kids on bicycles, people actually come outside to jog or walk with their families...I'm just not used to this, but I like it.
Also, it's a safe neighborhood; the last one I was in had two murders right near my house in the span of a year, and some of the people looked like methheads. And the one before, where I've lived the longest, was even worse, especially in the cleanliness factor. Damn rednecks couldn't stop throwing their bottles of beer and piss out on the sidewalk, lol.
So yeah, just wanted to share that because when I was out walking I thought about how family-friendly and saturated and actually nice-looking this new neighborhood is.
