But I thought that it will open at 5:00pm UTC+2 or am I wrong?
Was a bit surprised that commissions are open allready. xD
I have UTC+2 here at the moment and that confused me. It was 16:00 here. xD
Do you have summer time? ;)
I understand. So it's another +1 on top of the UTC+2. So it is UTC+3. That's why it has confused me. ^^
Looked it up right now on a time zone page: With summer time Finland is in UTC+3 instead of UTC+2. ;)
