Guys! My dog is not allowed out of Ukraine!

We need a test "Rabies Antibody Titration Test", but we did not know! We have done only the vaccinations. In Estonia, the veterinarian did not say that we need tests!
My dog was bought in Europe, I couldn't even think that there could be problems. She has a European passport.
Now I need to stay here for a while. Waiting a document with analysis of my dog. We donated blood today and sent to the laboratory to Kiev.
