I decided to let there be TWO winners.
One on FA and one on DA

- One +1 winner for every 50 members of the deviantart group! (So if 100 members on Oct 27th, 3 winners!)

NOTE* If you are not watching me or faving the submission at the time the number is generated, your entry will be forfeit. I will not check before giving you a number, so make sure you double check! (I always feel bad when someone's number wins, but they didn't follow instructions ;v; )

I've entered both on DA as Jun-Miki-61516 and here
Keep in mind, even though tokiceans have fins they are 99% terrestrial ! Their cities are near water though, and you're free to make them canon or not!
I'll give you those numbers on DA. :P
