A new step for my work.
Like I announced, I'm going to make some changes in my way to work.
First of all, I need to raise my prices to be able to live correctly. You need to understand that I need to earn between 250 and 300 euros to live correctly.
And a "simple" drawing with a single character takes around 5 to 10 hours of work.
And many hours of work for only 30 euros is not livable, I cannot continue like this.
In another hand, I would like to start again the projects that I had to pause for a moment, like the retribution that I promised in June to thank those who donnated and helped me.
I had to pause it because this summer was very eventful, between my buisness trip, the Eurofurence and everything that I have to pay to live.
So my intentions are to reorganise myself by valuing my prices to be able to be more efficient and make time to work on the projects that are close to my heart.
Moreover, I'm sure that you noticed that I take a lot of time to finish the commissions. With all this work I'm often having some burnouts that leads to repetetive artblocks.
Everytime they paralyze me for days and even weeks.
So, my prices will be higher but my commissions less numerous and my turnaround, quicker. With pressure of time, I often had to rush my drawings and I really didn't appreciate it....
To conclude, all these changes will allow me to have a better organisation and to be able to offer you more and more quality in my work.
I hope that you understand my reasons. I want to continue to offer you quality content but only passion is not enough...
I take my work very seriously. I wanna do my best to continue and for you all who follow me since my begining .
