Important question and donations available!

General
Alot of you know I have laptop issues currently, some of you even donated money towards a new laptop and food, and I am very thankful <3
For all who doesn't know, my only income is through commissions and patreon but my patreon money goes to my student loan bill.
But I have some questions I'd like to clear up, now I've already said I want to upgrade my quality in contents I give you guys, so I've spent days looking for a laptop, making sure I pick one which can handle all my tasks.
I use Clip Studio Paint for animation and I use Paint Tool SAI for drawing such as commissions and other big art.
But here's Two of my selections, and I need some of you computer experts to tell me, can these two laptops handle my tasks?
1. ASUS FX553VE 15.6" FHD matt - $1,370 USD
GeForce GTX1050Ti,Core i7-7700HQ,8GB RAM,256GB SSD,1TB HDD,Win 10 Home
2. ASUS ROG GL753VE 17.3" Full HD matt - $1,744 USD
GeForce GTX1050Ti,Core i7-7700HQ,16GB RAM,256GB SSD,1 TB HDD,DVD±RW,Win 10 Home
I want them to handle my tasks which is:
• Handle 5,000x5,000/8,000x8,000 pxl when I draw
• Handle higher quality streams such as 700kb/s bitrate or more at 40-60 FPS?
• Handle recording my streams at the same time
• Handle many big frames when I make animations in Clip Studio Paint
• Handle 3D sculpturing in ZBrush/Blender
• Vegas Pro editing program
• Two games I can play comfortable on my days off
1.
Processor (CPU): Intel i5 or i7 / AMD Athlon X2 or better
Graphics: ATI Radeon HD (non M or Mobility) / nVidia GeForce 1xx/2xx/3xx/4xx/5xx/6xx
Memory: 4GB DDR3+
FPS?: 40-50*
2.
• CPU: CPU: Intel Core i3 or AMD Athlon II (K10) 2.8 GHz
• RAM: 4GB.
• GPU (Integrated): Intel HD Graphics or AMD (formerly ATI) Radeon HD Graphics with OpenGL 2.1.
• GPU: GeForce 2xx Series or AMD Radeon HD 5xxx Series (Excluding Integrated Chipsets) with OpenGL 3.3.
• HDD: At least 1GB for Game Core and Other Files.
If any of you guys got any ideas or recommendations, maybe for a different laptop, cheaper laptop which can handle these tasks, I would greatly appreciate it!
These two laptops are my current goals, unless you guys come up with better laptop ideas, I'm not an expert on these things but I've learned a little thanks to some of you explaining, thank you so much <3
I'm still not at the stage where I can pick a laptop because I am scared it'll be a bad one.
And no, I wont build my own desktop.
And yes, I am gonna get my old laptop repaired in the future so I can use it as a reserve laptop, I can't really use my old laptop, repaired or not because it never could handle most of the tasks, only streaming in low resolution/quality and drawing in 2,000x2,000 pixels, making animations (Yes I've made few small gifs but I can't make them smoother or longer because my laptop can't handle that many frames), so I've been very limited to my creations.

As far as the difference in manufacture, that doesnt so much have to do with performamce so much as function and reliability.
I am no expert so if someone knows different then please feel free to correct me or add to what i said.
That's the only thing I can think of that makes each manufacturers different.
The next thing is you wont be using all aplications at once to do stuff. for projecting 3d (unless you making game) is more important CPU than GPU. The lazzyz proposition is most acceptable there is not much difference between 1050 and 1050ti they still are mobile versions. and none of that apps wont use fully potential of the laptop as a single task.
Admittedly I'm an Intel/Nvidia wolf (may the All In Wonder cards die a slow painful death for all eternity) so I won't recommend exact builds because that just gets me into fights with the internet, but the RAM you can take my word on.
Last thing I'll say, I'm guessing you need to be mobile but if you can settle down with a desktop you're going to get much more bang for your buck now and later when upgrade time comes. All you can really do with a laptop is throw a bit more RAM in (sometimes if both slots aren't full) and upgrade the harddrive space. Computers are much easier to keep running at top notch for years. And if you have decent internet, you can always remote into the home machine remotely. I do this from work occasionally when they want me to design something (Adobe CC subscriber). Heck I can even do it from my tablet, if click-drag is a bit hard to do.
I've always been streaming since last year, mostly everyday, but the frame rate and quality haven't been any good.
And yeah, I wont build/buy any desktop because, 1, Not enough space in my room. 2, would need a battery on the charger in case of power outage, and those doesn't last long at all on desktops, which is why laptops are so much better because of the battery life. 3, I'm not a programmer so I have no experience in remote controlling a desktop. 4, I want to have full control over it no matter where I am which is gonna be difficult because I can't take my desktop anywhere I go and it would be quite expensive to own both desktop and laptop, laptop also gives me the opportunity to draw wherever I am if I run out of money ^^
But thanks for your suggestions <3
In general, an i5 processor will have plenty of power for streaming/recording/arting, as long as you know what you're doing in the settings (some streaming software actually suffers a hit to performance when trying to encode a lower bitrate). What would benefit you most is a laptop with a GPU that focuses VRAM more than clock speed.
The specific programs and streaming programs/services you use also play a role in what type of processor you should get, whether it's a low-speed high-core/hyperthreaded CPU, or a high-speed dual-core. Some programs can make very good use of multiple threads/cores, so a slower precessor will actually pack more of a punch! However, if a program can only use a single core or thread, then a quad- or hexa-core processor is just wasted potential/money.
I have a friend currently struggling through figuring out simultaneous streaming/recording, and one thing I haven't seen mentioned yet is the need for a high-speed hard drive. Even with 16G of RAM, if you accidentally get something with an HDD, or even an SSD that has a poor buffering capability, you might encounter hiccups or lag, which can lead to instability (crashing)! Though, with 16G that would happen, like, a half hour into your stream.
You can definitely stand to save some money and get yourself a stable but more modest system if you know exactly what your current programs need! These two ASUS laptops are borderline enthusiast-grade. Depending on what resources your system will need to use, these might end up having too much resource overhead, or not the right type of hardware to do what you need.
I would suggest you the following Laptop:
SabrePro 15W-DE022T
its listed for 1599€, i dont know how much it would cost for you though.
Specs + explanation what they mean:
Gaming-Notebook made by Gigabyte (a good Brand)
15,6-Inch -IPS-Panel with Full-HD-resolution (IPS Screens have compared to standard TN panels way better colorquality, this should be something you could make good use of, especially as artist)
Intel Core i7-7700HQ (this is probably the best bane for the buck Processor. there are slightly better ones, but not worth the extra cost)
GeForce GTX 1060 6GB (Basically the higher the number, the better. Newest generation graphicscard. The 1060 is almost double as powerful as a 1050 which most of the laptops suggested above have.)
16 GB DDR4-Ram (8GB might be enough, but especially for rendering 16GB is a nice thing to have. it also will prevent the PC from outdating to fast)
256 GB SATA M.2 SSD (M.2 Is generally a little faster and more responsive than normal SSD's. Its not top of the line , but a welcome little extra)
1 TB HDD (wellp, your ordinary harddrive to store things)
Windows 10 Home (preinstalled windows 10, yay. its "just" the Home version, but you could upgrade for a few bucks buying a pro license on Amazon. Id suggest it, but its not really necessary)
Do you have link to the website that sell this?
SabrePro 15W-022T (removed the DE, was wrong keyboard layout)
Id ideally suggest you to google "SabrePro 15W-022T" since your google will show you matching results for your country, but if you tell me where you live i can try to find one.
