the actual policy code seems to allude to actual porn (like videos and pictures of real life nudity and sexual acts).
games are a workaround.
drawn and 3-d sculpts are still in the fuzzy line for most people.

Patreon says that their change of language doesn't indicate a change in policy, but rather, better enforcement of their existing policy. Take that how you may.
