I use PB in my marinate for the deep fried pork chops.

ALso, ever tried adding honey and PB to a bowl of corn flakes? you cam make a chewy, clustered deliciousness all the time. Just no milk.

I don't think it's poor man's food. At least you cook it right? To me, poor man's food is going to the local store and buying boxes of pizza pops when they're on sale for $2, going home, and throwing them in the microwave. THAT'S poor man's food.

And Amaretto isn't "poor man's drink". That stuff is too expensive for a student like me!
