Paypal usually does it if they find something "troubling" on the invoices or note section of the money sent to that account. The only way is the contact paypal and find out. ;3;

Yeah actually X3 I had to show them copies of the "sfw" adopts I was selling to prove it... sucked because it got frozen over like 10$... like... if I WAS selling children.. you would think they would go for more than 10$..... but thats paypal for you. X3

I've had the issue once or twice, basically the account is frozen while certain payments are under review, it's normally a quick fix if you get in touch with them.

id recommend contacting paypal staff themselves. there could be tons of reasons why the other account might be frozen and how long itd take to unlock it.

You're pretty fucked. they never unlocked or gave me back my account, and stole my money, even after providing RL info as requested to their legal department.
They also refuse to tell you why.

I had to set up a brand new one to solve my issue. I, to this day, have no idea what had caused the issue.

Weirdly no. Just another e-mail. It was the strangest thing ever.

Ive had it frozen before because it was a large amount to a new paypal user. Usually took a few days to solve on its own. But I do highly suggest calling them as they have been super helpful before.

Any time it happened to me they told me, and we worked it out. I also have a business account with them so I don't know if that makes a difference or not.
