Small PSA regarding payments - please double check

If you've made payments recently (past couple months) please verify i marked it off as paid. --> http://fav.me/da5v3im
I've noticed a couple instances where I didn't mark it off as paid (I'm primarily blaming the hectic schedule and frequent away-times from computer where I forgot to update when I returned).
Anyhoo, just let me know if you paid.
- bonus points if you can give me a rough date-of-pay (or precise)
- alternative bonus points if you just forward me the note where I say "payment confirmed.
