change to the customer loyalty reward bit

it's pretty straight forward
- rewards will be given out every $100 (reduced from $200)

- people who have +$100 will be given the option to either continue working up to one more pin-up reward, or cash in on the bust
- I'll be reaching out to them directly
- everyone else may opt to build to one more pinup (the former $200 prize), but you have notify me.
- If I don't hear from you by monday morning, I'll consider that as you opting for the new program
