Commission INFO (JUST INFO, COMMISSIONS NOT OPEN YET)

Is it an appropriate way of providing commission info via Google Docs?

Tell me what you think, if you have any questions - drop them down below, I wanna make sure that everything is as clear as possible before opening some new slots.
Cheers!

As for tentacles - it falls under extra details, naturally.

Everything looks rather well thought out and detailed. One thing I do not see mentioned anywhere but inferred is that once you announce slots are open where do your customers contact you? I see on the top icons of Twitter, Tumblr, and FA so I surmise you want people to DM you, sent a private message in Tumblr, or a note on FA. Perhaps say that once you are open send a note, DM, or private message on any of these three platforms.
In the commission process section on number 5. You mention about once you are working on the "clean" art then changes cannot be made. Do you mean the coloring and shading stage? This is when most artists do not accept changes to be made, as a work is very much advanced in it's work. Clean art I always think of as "safe for work" art.
Everything else looks pretty good.
As for contact information - I'll give info on how to get a slot, that is where to send your inquiry so everyone has a chance to get one. Probably my email, since it's hassle-free for me to gather inquires from different sites in one place lmao
I should change "clean" to "cleaned-up" I guess xD As for changes - colouring and shading can be changed anytime, I meant changes like something in the pose or anything that requires quite a lot of work on line work.
I assume you will anounce how we contact you for the commission when you open? Maybe google form, email or notes?
I'll provide contact method when I'm open, but it will most likely be via email. Although using Google Form is tempting me a lot.
