Please, anyone who makes journals with titles like this...
IMPORTANT TO WHO?
If its about commissions going on hold, delays, etc... then... its only important to customers... so put that in the title!
If youre moving accounts, in need of help, homeless, stopping commissions forever... Put it in the title!
Exactly zero of these journals yelling "IMPORTANT PLEASE READ" have ever been important to me, or worth my time. Please.

Maybe I'm just lucky in the people I follow.
But I got to comment on the sweetest little caprine's journal. worth it.
I've done a few years of voluntary tech/account support for a game. I've seen people mark things as URGENT or HELP and it's like..a tiny bug that barely affects anything. Kinda sad really. (And being voluntary, I can leave them waiting several days for a reply if I want >:D)
