Commissions and Quotes via google form?

Hi everyone, I'm not sure if anyone reads these but here we go!
The way I've taken commissions up until now have been primarily through telegram and notes, but I find that things are a bit harder to keep track of over IM, and details can get a bit lost in the chatter.
So for this reason I'm attempting to implement a google form as a primary means of commissioning or getting a quote from me.
I do my best to avoid losing or overlooking any pertinent information regarding orders, but I'm certain that I would have more peace of mind if my commissions came solely through email, a google form, or FA note.
I do have to wonder though how people would feel about this. I suspect that some may be less inclined to initiate or inquire about a commission if they are unable to speak to me informally about it.
I would love to have some feedback on this.
