well, what happened yesterday with my foot isn't something common for me. i'm still angry that i happened xD
i've pretty much had just 4 injuries in my life, including the foot one.

the first one was when i was around 6, that i fell and hit my mouth on the floor, so i had to be taken to the hospital because i was bleeding a lot ;W;

the second one was around when i was 10, that i smashed against a glass door that someone closed when i wasn't looking. that time i actually lost conciousness and i had a scar in the forehead.

the third one was a nasty back pain i got a few years ago. i had to stay in bed several days until i got better because i could barely move.

and now the stupid slipping in the kitchen xD

Now that it's been a day is the foot doing any better?

now it doesn't hurt when i'm resting, but it does hurt when i put it on the floor, so i'll just leave it like that for a while >w<

just remember to ice or hot pack it every so often. (30 min intervals. 30 min with hot or cold then 30 min without)
and you'll be up and running in no time!
