So my art laptop decided to have a melt down.
I googled the error message and my best option is hoping the hard drive didn't die so I can recover the files.
Worst case scenario the hard drive is shot and I've lost everything, but I had at least 1 loading screen prior to that so that I've read is likely a great sign as far as having a working hard drive.
All the same, it's a hard drive error. Either the hard drive is shot, the plugs are unplugged or something corrupted the OS and made it impossible to find (after just sitting idle for like 5 days untouched this all occurred)
So that means for now, no art until I can get my other laptop from my dad OR I can afford a new laptop.
The first one is far more likely to happen soon, the second one might be a few years.
I can't even open emergency commissions because I have no way to completing them unless people would want 100% traditional images.
So yeah... sorry about that I'm trying not to be too upset, since I've had a lot of pitfalls lately and I'm extremely depressed and have been trying to keep it together.
But you know what they say, when it rains, it pours.
