COCO Pixar, what do you think?

Hi there pals!
Probably all of you already watch those trailers of COCO movie from Pixar/Disney.
I have to be honest, since the very first moment I heard about this uncoming movie I tried to avoid all trailers, why? Honestly... because I love Day of Dead holydays, and I don´t wants a clue about the plot, I mean I wanted a surprise!
Yeah, I´m a very enthusiastic about it, after all I´m Mexican too, you know?
“Coco” opened Oct. 27 in Mexico. In the U.S., it debuts Nov. 22, a day before the Thanksgiving holiday, opening day and date with some other territories while others follow suit.
That means I already watched, right? :D
No worries. I will not ruin the moment, no spoilers here.
But I just want to hear about you, I´m curious, what do you think about this movie?
Do you know about "Day od Dead"?
If not, what do you think it is?
No matter the way of your answer, I´m just curious. Do you celebrate something similar?
But I don´t want to tell more, until more people watched it!
But the feeling on COCO was special to me.
im half mexican, though i dont celebrate it here since majority of my departed family is in mexico
my mom made a the skeleton lady, cant remember her name
moght go see it with her
And yes, we burn paper replicas of almost everything in the material world as offerings to our beloved departed. It gets silly sometimes (paper smartphones, laptop, cars, etc.), but it's done out of love.
I can't wait to see it. I highly enjoyed The Book of Life. I hope it's as entertaining.
I'm super excited for Coco, personally for that exact reason!
Te va a gustar.
PD: Llévate unos pañuelos, en serio.
I've always known about the day of the dead, even before my sister married a south american. One of the cartoonist for Mad magazine would make fun of the United States tourist who wanted to get a photo of the 'quaint' holiday.
