Terms of Service
By commissioning me, the customer agrees with all of the following.
★I will not begin work on any commissions until full payment is recieved
★I reserve the right to charge extra for any extra work (large changes/additions, etc)
★No one is allowed sell, mass produce, commercialize, redistribute, trace, alter or use my artwork without my express written permission
★I have the right to alter these Terms of Service at any time, for any reason
★you may not edit my art, please ask me to do it
★As the artist, I hold full copyright of the artwork that is produced. Commissioned work should only be used by myself and the commissioner; The commissioner has the right to privately and publicly display the art for personal use. This does NOT include using my artwork in any type of product/merchandise without my permission, wether personal or commercial.
★The commissioner accepts that they will not claim credit for any part of a piece commissioned from me, other than the ownership of their character.
★The commissioner agrees not to publicly display the art without proper credit to the artist provided visibly alongside the work. Credit must be publicly available and easy to find. Linking me directly is always greatly appreciated!
★If a commission is to be mailed to a client, shipping and packaging fees will be added depending on size and weight of the item being shipped, and the destination country. If you choose free shipping, I am not responsible for providing any further services after your order is sent.
★Any additional shipping fees caused by the commissioner providing an incorrect address must be covered by the commissioner.
-Refunds-
★If you’d like to cancel your commission, contact me directly through the FurAffinity notes system.
★I will NOT refund commissions I have already started. (I will notify you once I begin working.) I MAY refund a percentage if I see fit.
★If I can not finish your commission I will refund you.
★Carousel keychains are non-refundable, this is to protect myself from anyone who orders a keychain, asks for a refund after they YCH is provided, and takes the YCH for their own product. As stated before, I MAY refund a percentage if I see fit. This rule also applies to custom sculpted lollipops.

If you'd like something particular but there is no clear price, simply ask and we can sort it out!
PLEASE don't be shy about telling me things you do and do not like, I will not be offended! my goal for every customer is to make a piece that they're happy with!<3
