yea I'm between my med dose right now so simi lucid about to take another for sleep.

I know the feeling, one time I had a bad car accident hyper extended all the muscles in my knee. The pain killer for that made days short to say the least.

yea its blah and makes me pretty tired but it also makes me itch a lot.

yea I really buggered up my leg and its not something that is going to be an instant fix. Its going to take a month just to get this brace off and 2 months to stop using crutches and then 6 to 9 to fully get it back into working order after physical therapy

Ermagerd, Sharue! I didn't know you were having surgery! Between martial arts injury and the length of recovery, I'm guessing some kind of tendon reconstructive surgery. Yikes! Well. Based on the experience of a friend of mine who wrecked an ACL playing hockey, and got it replaced with parts borrowed from the front of this knee, all I can say is, hang in there and Do Your Physical Therapy! If you don't, I'll have you transferred up to the Medical floor and they'll make for damn sure you do it!

Hey Timber and GHA dun you dare! I do not want a third arm or some odd thing attached to me or them diging into me to find out what makes me a psyker! lol your pretty close it was my ACL and it was a full blow out with meniscus damage and cartlage damage. because I work in jits as well as tike I had them pull from my hamstring because I'm going to be doing a lot of work on my knees.......and no not that sort of work! lol.
