UPDATE -> made new temp paypal for things when I get to it for now
don't think I'ma win this case but I did everything I could...
he also disabled his account :/
so not only did I have to spend over 1k yesterday to deplete my savings account for a new computer but I got all these chargebacks from a person ...

idk what to do I'm overwhlemed and negative over $200 with no way to make this money until after the 29th....

I'm sorry that happened to you.
If you contact PayPal, you should be able to reverse it if there is no proof of asking for a refund or things like that
If they don't respond, proof there as well.

I hope you get this all sorted out. If they never contacted you for updates or anything, then it's on them. If the work they commissioned is finished as well, then they have no right to charge back. Paypal is usually good about sorting things out.
Also, I know it sucks, but if they bought adopts and then took the money back, you can resell the adopts again -- I know it's not the best solution for the time, but it's one way to try and make back some of what they stole.

I'm would like to block this user.
If anything call paypal - don't just email them. They hate it when you call and will eventually patch you through to someone who will do what their job is since paypal has had so many bad cases.
We also go scammed by the same user ;u;
We hope all artist affected get their money back, but would it be ok if we mentioned you in our psa against the user? we will be putting this on fa/th/da so others are aware.
