okay, i'm quickly opening up because basically i wanna take the sting out of a vet bill (getting one of our cats neutered), it's to the tune of $130, so it's nothing absurd, however.. due to medical trips, things are tight as it stands.. it pains me since i actually do owe people and they have been notified (and patient) i'm opening up to... well, whatever so long as it covers the cost.
