Went out and got a proper Wacom tablet. No more lag!

The lesson remains: Don't buy things from China. As a Chinese person, I confirm that my countrymen are a bunch of cheats and scammers and I really should have known that before trying a Huion tablet.

Old Setup: Bamboo Fun and Paint Tool SAI
New Setup: Intuos Draw and Clip Studio Paint

What to do with the old tablet now?

At the very least you've got a backup? Might be able to sell it at a con or something though

I already have the old Bamboo Fun as a backup. The cord is fraying, but it's still functional. (Also Huion is not suitable as a backup because the driver is not compatible with any other tablet drivers existing on the machine.)
