I'm sorry you're dealing with all of this :( Sounds terrifying. It's a great sign the ECG's are coming back normal! I saw you said your mom was diagnosed with cancer last year - I wonder if it's possible that stress from that (or other things going on in your life) might be causing your physical symptoms? When my dad passed away in 2014, I had severe chest pain on and off for about 3 months. I'd wake up with my left arm numb too! Worst of all, I constantly felt like I wasn't getting enough air.

People tend to think anxiety is all in your head, but it can manifest itself in all sorts of scary ways - including chest pains and heart palps. You don't necessary have to be feeling anxious when these aches and pains come on, either. I speak from experience! If anxiety/stress is to blame for your symptoms, the diazepam might help you relax enough that they'll go away. Or at least lessen in intensity!

Anyway, I just wanted to reach out because your past few journals reminded me of what I went through with my dad a few years ago. Hope both you and your mom will feel better real soon! Hang in there! I think you have a long life ahead of you :)
