New commission tiers/prices.

Begin transmission So I'm gonna go through with changing up commissions.
Below will be the new tiers and prices available.
I'd love to hear if this is acceptable.
-Base-
Inks: $45
Flats: $55
Cel shading: $65
Soft shading: $75
-Extra charges-
Additional character: $15
Detailed BG: $15
Fetish charge: $15 (Does not include diapers, cubs, scat or vomit. If you're unsure, inquire.)
I'm also changing the available slots from 4 a week to 3.
The reserve slots will also no longer be offered.

Soft shading requires me to blend it in, which adds a bit more difficulty depending on where my light source is and where the shading actually is.
For example if I would have to carefully blend where fingers are shaded or smaller tufts of fur.
And I'd probably do a max character of 3
I work at night so it seems I miss the journal entries every time.
