Like, drawing 2D arts and such? <:) I'd like some details on what you need help on?

well, anything helps, but first, I want an base where to start, allways when I wanna learn something, I don't know where/with/how to start :(

Maybe draw some things. Then analyze what you might need help with and start looking into specific guides on it? Is it proportion you need help with? Lighting? Realism? Line thickness? Something else completely?

You might need to drill down what kind of 2D art we are talking about? Is it just pencil work? Acrylic paint? Working with 2D software?

2D art is a pretty broad thing to want to learn. It might be an idea to figure out what it is specifically you are into and start from there. Also, not being afraid to jump from one medium to another is a good idea. Different types of art can help you learn new things along the way even if you don't feel you are very successful in it.
