Also the extra charges at the bottom, is that easily readable or would you prefer a snippit of the commission journal to display the extra charges instead?

It's easily readable I find and the prices are good. It may be worth putting a brief blurb about your attitude to the extreme stuff though in future journals perhaps to supplement the commission tab maybe?
