I wouldn't say that things are going well, but I'm at a point where I can sorta breathe again, so it's at least progress!

I'd definitely call it progress! Even if it isn't much, it's a step in a good direction, and I'm sure time will help heal as well. Best of luck in the future, if you ever need to talk I'm open and love to help people out when needed
