Hello everyone! Yes, you have read the journal header correctly, I Tephros, have opened for commissions! Please follow the link and fill the form if you are interested, though be forewarned, this is not first come first served. All are welcome to apply, even if you can not meet the asking price at this very moment. I definitely encourage you to apply anyway.
Multiple form submissions are also needed if you have several characters you want to apply for. I want to restate that applying does not guarantee a commission slot.
