Need Help to Make an OC!

I need help to make an OC. It could be anything. It can be a Digimon, a Pokémon, a Pony, a Dragon, etc. But mostly a Digimon and a Dragon. The dragon has to be from My Little Pony and has to wear a girly outfit. The Digimon has to wear a diaper and a sissy dress. The gender has to be male.

You probably asking why do I need help? I don't how to draw. That's why I need your help to make the OC. Just message me if you willing to help. I will appreciate it. Thank you for all the help!
