He who makes a beast of himself...
so it's been a bit of a setback to the posting-twice-a-week but I'm in California for the moment, have been since the 11th, right this second I'm in a rather nice hotel room looking over the San Diego convention center, having just sat through the roast of Lloyd Kaufman and a Weeds panel.
Tomorrow is the last day of Comic Con, and I'm a little sad because I will miss it, it seems like I'm always just getting in the swing of things and then it's time to go home. Le sigh. I'm planning on doing my run-through of the exhibitor's hall tomorrow, and am supposed to be having breakfast with a friend. I almost wish I wasn't because I'll be missing David Tennant at the Who panel, but got to meet John Barrowman so that's some consolation. Also got to see 30 minutes of Avatar in 3d (James Cameron's Avatar not shammalammadingdong's no-asians adaptation of the Nick show) and I think a lot of furs will enjoy it, particularly those fans of lithe, blue cat-people.
It's hard to get online here, my dad's wireless router is crap, and all his neighbors know how to properly configure theirs so I can't piggyback. :P So i'm not like ignoring people or dropping offline again as is my habit, just not on much. Talk to you all when I get back to NYC :)
