I ended up having to work extra hours and it's already the 10th of the month. I decided it's best to cancel the December round, December sign-ups will now be January's sign-ups.

I will however be getting the blacklist and adoptions done tomorrow.

I apologize for anyone who may be disappointed but with how busy most of us get during the holidays I don't want to set anyone up for failure by having a super short round this month.
