Due to two troll messages (NOTES) from an individual, I "checked" their messages then clicked "trash", and I lost ALL of my messages!
I clicked "restore" but it didn't work.
Guess those other "notes" are gone forever!
Typical shitty luck!

Staff can take a shamefully long time to answer sometimes. If they don't get back to you after a couple weeks, I'd try again. After that, I'm not sure what else you can do to get their attention. :C
