What troubles me is I've seen a number of artists here and elsewhere discussing this policy and how neither they nor the patrons were consulted before they decided on that policy change. I decided to contact them and tell them, so I like to think I helped. But they and other companies, services, etc. really need to figure out that this is NOT the time to be fucking around with people and their money.
