When I think of it now. Ajit Pai is in a lose-lose situation regardless of whether it passes or not. He will be challenged by the ENTIRE WORLD if it does pass and if it doesn't, he will be sad that his plan failed. but the latter alternative would be better than harrassment intensifying and possibly putting an even bigger strain on his family
