Care to elaborate, or is that all you'll say on the matter?

Well I'm not going to say any spoilers but Im trying to decide if I except it. 7 I couldn't really get into tbh and I'm a huge star wars fan so this bothered me for awhile. This one I don't really know how I stand on it yet.

Was the movie good?

Well as a movie I say it wasnt bad but as an star wars movies I'm on the fence. I think if you liked 7 you'll like this but for me there wasn't much motivation on why all this was happening I it lost me at points.

Yeah. I've watched some reviews on it just to see how everyone feels about it and it's all mixed but some hated it and some liked it though. But I'm more in the middle at this point.

I have many issues with the movie, and a lot of people are gonna be angry at me because I know this was Carrie Fisher's last performance and all, but it wasn't good. I've never been a huge Star Wars fan, but it was just atrocious in a logical standpoint. Pretty sure a lot of established stuff has been modified, but it's like, I get things adapt over time but when you abruptly alter something with no previous showings of adaptation, and then give the main character everything on a silver platter and then add a meaningless romance to one of the other main characters, it just shows how bad of a movie it is.

OMG yes. I totally agree. Before I didn't want to get into details as it just came out but most of the movie was trash. So many plot hole, so many things that contradict the other movies, no motivation for anything that was happening, Characters never acted like normal people they just did stuff for plot reasons. No pays offs at all to anything. I can go on and on but I wont lol

Garbage movie

Yeah pretty much. It's looks really pretty is all its has. Nothing makes sense in the plot alone and that's not even looking at the universe plot holes it makes everywhere.

Not to mention it pretty much fucked Episode 9 in a way, offing too many characters
