Star Wars Ep. 8 - The Last Jedi - movie review
8 years ago
Just to start off this review by saying that this is not your typical Star Wars movie. It's darker and more twistier than any of the previous ones. And that's not a bad thing. Just when you thought one part of the movie will go to one direction, it does the exact opposite. It keeps you guessing on where it's going. I'm not exactly a huge fan of those kinds of plots, but if done well, you can enjoy it. And I had enjoyed it.
The acting is good, the cinematography is splendid, and the special effects are supreme as always. Though, I'm not sure if this movie will please most Star Wars fans since it's so much different than the rest, but considering the biggest critique on The Force Awakens by most cynical fans is that it's almost the same as A New Hope. So, this could please even the most cynical of the fans.
Overall, a very good Star Wars movie. Recommended for anyone who is a Star Wars movie and anyone that wants to see a Star Wars movie done differently.

Thought it was a good movie myself, saw it last night, but it does question where it's going. So I mean we all know the original will be the best but as time passes it's definitely different. Just have to see where it goes though I have a good hunch where this is going.
